We want you to love your The Lullaby Club pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all full-priced items. Please ensure your garments are in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the return authorization form provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
